Tell me what you can.

Just tell me in your own way what you can remember, adding anything you think might help me to picture what happened, who was involved, and generally what was going on at the time. Your email address. This is just used to confirm it is really you sending this and not Robert the Ai robot, or one of your mates having fun with your email address.

Please describe your life in general at the time when this happened. Were you going through a stressful time, or were these happy days? Give me a picture of how you saw yourself at that time in your life.

Please describe your feelings at the time, on that day, just before this happened.

Your story in your own words. Information that will help me to build a picture are things like your approximate age at the time, how long ago this was, were you alone or with other people? Did anybody else experience the same thing, or just you?

Did whatever you saw, heard, felt, change your mood, either at the time or afterwards? For example, did you find it frightening, or feel nothing at all?
